Missy is an insanely talented massage therapist. She's also a delightful person. I went to see her having suffered a specific injury. She asked good questions, explained how parts of the body were connected, described how she'd approach our session, then proceeded to help me through some tough bodywork that now, the day after, has helped me feel a lot better. She takes the time to listen and diagnose the source of your pain, and follows that up with such a great massage. As a healthcare worker, my back and upper neck are always carrying the stress of my job around with me. But after a session with Missy, I don’t think I’ve ever felt so relaxed.

“Wow! Best massage of my life! I first went to Missy when I was 39.5 weeks pregnant whilst also caring for my almost 2 year old my sacrum and hips especially were a mess. I was also craving some major self care before baby number two arrived Missy use the perfect amount of pressure on my achy body. She found sore spots that I didn’t even know existed I could feel the love and strength emanating through her fingertips, and at the end of the session she made sure to remind me of what a strong and badass mama I am. Coincidentally, I think I was so relaxed from my massage that my water broke the very next day! My labor delivery and recovery were so much faster and easier this time around and I think it’s in part due to Missy’s perfect prenatal massage. You can tell Missy loves what she does that she truly wants to help you feel better and inspire you to maintain that self-care both mentally and physically. She’s now my go-to massage therapist.
